Player Information
What you can expect from a licensed operator, what is expected of you, and where to find the details that let you make an informed choice before you register.
Who is who
This website only compares operators and links to them. The service itself, its rules and your account are provided by the operator, and the operator you register with is responsible for them.
Your rights
- To be treated fairly and to have the rules explained clearly before you take part.
- To have your age and identity checked, and your account and data kept secure.
- To set limits, take a break or exclude yourself at any time.
- To complain to the operator, and, if it is not resolved, to take the complaint further. See the Gambling Commission's complaints guidance.
- To see, and ask for a copy of, the personal data an operator holds about you.
Your duties
- Give accurate information when you register, and keep one account only where the operator's rules require it.
- Keep your login details private and do not let anyone else use your account.
- Read the operator's terms before you accept them, including conditions on starting terms.
- Take part only with money you can afford to lose, and use the limit tools.
Where to find the rules
Each operator publishes its own game rules, the minimum and maximum stake of each game, and how results and winnings are calculated and paid. They are in the operator's terms and in the help or information section of its website or app. Read them before you take part; they differ between operators and between games.
Your personal data
You may ask any operator for a copy of the personal data it holds on you, and to correct or delete it where the law allows. The operator's privacy notice names who to write to. For the data this website holds, see ourprivacy policy.
Who may not take part
- Anyone under 18.
- Anyone who has excluded themselves, through the operator or through GAMSTOP, for as long as the exclusion lasts.
- Anyone in a place where the operator is not licensed to offer the service.
- Anyone the operator has refused or closed an account for, under its terms.

How licences are checked
The Gambling Commission publishes a public register of licensed businesses. An operator licensed in Great Britain must state its licensing details in the footer of its website, and you can look the business up on the register by company name or by website name before you register. We list only operators that hold a licence, and we show each operator's name and register account number in the footer of every page. The operators listed at the moment:
- Akbo Limited, account number 66030: register entry.
The register is the source of truth: if what you see there differs from what is shown here, rely on the register and tell us through thecontact page. The Commission's own guidanceexplains how to read an entry.
